Adam Feldmann

Adam uses intelligent and sustainable design to improve the quality of individual buildings and the urban fabric, and meet the needs of specific users and the greater community. Adam leads the Integrated Design Team responsible of the 2015 PanAm/Parapan Games Athletes’ Village, which will host over 10,000 athletes and officials in the summer of 2015, before assuming its permanent identity as the Canary District, Toronto’s newest waterfront community. Nearby, Adam led the team for Clear Spirit and The Gooderham, two elements of a three-building series that will insert 1,046 units of housing and 3,150 square meters of commercial space into the historic Distillery District.

Adam is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, and has served as a Guest Critic at the University of Waterloo School of Architecture, and at the Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design at the University of Toronto.
