Mary K. McIntyre

Mary has more than 25 years’ experience in creative sector marketing and communications. A member of aA since 1999, Mary leads the search for new business opportunities and directs communications, brand management and public relations. As a result, aA’s projects regularly appear in publications across Canada, the US, Europe and Asia. Mary has produced aA exhibitions and video installations at the Harbourfront Centre, the Eric Arthurs Gallery at the Daniels Faculty of Landscape, Architecture and Design at the University of Toronto, the Cambridge Galleries at the University of Waterloo School of Architecture, and the Design Exchange, among others. Before joining aA, she spent six years at interiors practice Yabu Pushelberg and assisted in YP’s initial forays into the U.S. fashion and hospitality markets. Mary graduated with a BA from the University of Toronto, followed by postgraduate studies at UofT’s Wycliffe College. She is Exhibitions Chair of the Metal Arts Guild of Canada, and maintains a metalsmithing studio in Toronto.
